UNITY exists to remove barriers so that athletes of color can be more represented in endurance spaces. Access to proper gear (especially quality running shoes) is one of the most common barriers. Through this scholarship, we aim to lower that barrier and create more opportunities for athletes to train, compete, and move with confidence.
