We believe anyone who wants to run, walk, or move their body deserves the same guidance, accountability, and infrastructure often reserved for elite athletes. That’s why we’re providing six months of fully funded coaching and training support to help you start moving or get back to it with confidence.

Our Approach

UNITY was built to create space for women of color to feel seen, supported, and strong, and now we get to expand that impact on a national level.

Through this program, we’re offering:
-Structured run + trail running training (10-milers to marathons)

-Hybrid strength + HYROX-style performance training
-Beginner-friendly + performance-focused personal training
-Holistic wellness for weight loss
-Track + Speed Training
